These two spots helped define an era of data visualization that still lives today. I was originally tasked with compositing but after my creative director walked in on me experimenting with procedural effects in 3D, he quickly changed major roles in the team and an entire C4D think tank was formed with some of the best artists at the time. We were encouraged by Director Mathew Cullen to think far beyond the bar that we were trying to set, which pushed us to new levels creatively. 6 years later this is still some of my proudest work.
